Q: How does the Baby Box subscription work?
A: There are 3 Baby Boxes: Prenatal, Newborn, and Toddler. Each of these boxes is sent 1 time at the appropriate age according to your baby's birthdate. Depending on which box you begin with, you will then be sent the next boxes in line at appropriate times according to your baby's birthdate.
Q: How long does it take to receive my Baby Box?
A: It generally takes 5 – 10 Business days from the date you receive your shipping confirmation.
Q: What does it mean to be on the Reservation List for my Baby Box?
A: If your subscription confirmation email stated that you are on the Reservation List, then that means we have sold out of the upcoming Baby Box, and you will receive the Baby Box as soon as it becomes available. Your account will not be charged until the box is available and being prepared to be shipped to your address.
Q: Where can I get the tracking number for my Baby Box?
A: Order information and UPS tracking is available on the 'Orders' tab of your subscription box. The UPS tracking # will also be included in the confirmation email when your Box is shipped.
Q: I did not receive a shipping confirmation email, how do I know that my Baby Box was shipped?
A: If you did not receive a shipping confirmation email, please check the status of your order on the 'Orders' tab of your subscription box. Additionally, you can use our Contact Us form and we will retrieve your UPS tracking #.
Q: Why did I receive a $5 charge on my credit/debit card from BrandShare?
A: BrandShare is the trusted Walmart partner for the Walmart Baby Box. This information could be found in your order subscription confirmation email.
Q: What if I can’t login to my Baby Box account, how can I update my account?
A: If you are having any issues logging in to your account or can’t remember your password, you can reset your password and a new password will be sent to your email address.
Q: How do I cancel my Baby Box subscription?
A: To cancel your Baby Box subscription simply login to your account at BabyBox.Walmart.com. On your account page, view My Subscriptions near the bottom of the page, then click “cancel subscription” and follow the quick easy steps.
Q: How can I order a 2nd Walmart Baby Box?
A: If you would like to receive a 2nd Baby Box subscription, navigate to the My Subscriptions box on your account page, and click 'Add Another Subscription' towards the bottom of the page.
Q: How do I change my Shipping Information?
A: To change the shipping address for your subscription(s), simply login to your account at BabyBox.Walmart.com, and click ‘Edit Shipping Address’ under the desired subscription in the ‘My Subscriptions’ box. Please ensure that each of your subscriptions has the correct mailing address!
Q: Can I get a refund for my box?
A: We do not offer refunds for the Walmart Baby Box. If your Baby Box is missing or arrives with damaged product(s) please fill out our Contact Us form for help.
