Walmart Baby Box FAQ

We know preparing for a new baby can be overwhelming, so that’s why we launched the Walmart Baby Box subscription service to help you discover new brands.

Over the last year, we’ve done everything from launch new brands, offer “shop by style” for nursery items and introduce the all-new baby registry experience.

As we continue to make it as easy as possible for new parents, the $5 Walmart Baby Boxes will no longer be offered as of June 22nd 2019. Instead we will continue to offer the Welcome Baby Registry Box as part of our new, personalized registry experience.

Q: Do I need to take any further action?

A: No. Your account will be disabled by June 22nd 2019.

Q: What if I have been charged but haven't received a box?

A: All boxes that have been paid for will ship by June 22nd 2019.

Q: Will I be charged again?

A: If you have not been charged for a box, you will not be charged again in the future.

Q: Can I still access my account?

A: You can login to your Baby Box account through June 22nd 2019. After June 22nd 2019, your Baby Box subscription account will no longer be available.

Q: What is the difference in the $5 Baby Box and the free Welcome Box?

A: The Welcome Box is a free box available for moms after they have created a registry. The $5 Prenatal, Newborn and Toddler boxes are the subscription boxes that will no longer be offered.

Q: What's the new and improved registry?

A: Once you sign up, we’ll ask a few basic questions such as due date, baby’s gender, taste and nursery theme. Based on your answers, we’ll populate your registry with items you may like so you’re not starting off completely from scratch. You can search and swap items and scan in store. Read more here -
